SmartEXE
The project is divided into 3 phases:
- Smart Working preparatory phase: Spaceexe, with the help of dott. Marco Lombardo, is going to move the first steps to adapt its company policy, nowadays mainly based on employee’ local presence. Spaceexe is going to change the productivity indicators expressed by the worker as a task assignment-task implementation scheme. Moreover, Spaceexe trains its crew to be informed about safety and professional injuries.
- Staff training phase: In this phase, training sessions about smart working workflow will be held. In particular, training activities are divided into 3 modules: smart working legislation and regulation, data sharing instruments, and remote working instruments.
- Start and monitoring of a Pilot
OVERVIEW
In the new social context determined by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, smart-working is a new approach to business organization in which individual and company’s needs are complementary. The SmartEXE project was started thanks to the”Piani Aziendali di Smart working” grant funded by Regione Lazio. The main purpose of the project is to define and test organizational models, best practices, and appropriate technological instruments to enable one or more employees to perform professional activities from different locations without the usual time and physical constraints. The main ambition of SmartEXE is to transform an experimental project into a systemic work mode.
